A lot of this stems from you as people and your experiences. Where have you fallen in love with through your travels? How did they propose? What are your hobbies and passions? We’ll also ask about your favourite colours and flowers and what kind of atmosphere you want to create at your wedding.

Collaboration on Design and Decor

Based on your input, we will work with you to create a design that reflects your style and personality. We’ll offer suggestions for your mandap, floral arrangements, centrepieces, lighting, and other decor items that will enhance the ambiance of your wedding. The design will not only be aesthetically pleasing but cohesive to bring your vision to life.

Review of Venue Layout

We want to know where you’re getting married. We’d like to understand your thoughts on the layout of your wedding room/venue to better understand the space and suggest appropriate decor. We can discuss the placement of flowers, lighting, and other decor items. We’ll also consider any logistical challenges that may arise during setup and de-rig.

Budget Discussion

Weddings can be expensive, and we totally understand that. It’s tough out there with the cost of living crisis but we also appreciate it’s a very special day for you. We’ll discuss your budget with you and provide options for decor that fit within your price range. We’ll also be transparent about any additional costs associated with decor, such as setup and teardown fees. It’s important to be transparent here; we can talk about creative ways in which to design your dream wedding but in a budget that works for you.

Review of Contract and Services

Before the meeting ends, we will go over how we work and our terms. We’ll review the details of the decor package you’ve chosen and answer any questions you may have. We’ll also discuss any additional services you may need, such as day-of coordination or vendor recommendations.
